It seems Samsung is working fast to deliver the Jelly Bean update to the Galaxy Note GT-N7000 users. Before the actual official firmware rolls out, we have had a few leaks of the update. XDA member Eybee1970 has come up with a custom ROM that is based on the official Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean firmware for the Galaxy Note. So, if you have a rooted device, you can download and flash this Jelly Bean ROM via ClockworkMod Recovery. And, if you are still on the stock ICS firmware, head over to our easy tutorial and get your Galaxy Note rooted first before you can enjoy Android 4.1.2 JB on your device.
Note:
Install this ROM only if you are on a rooted ICS ROM or JB ROM with CWM recovery and brick-free kernel installed. Flashing a custom ROM might prove risky for your device. Proceed with the installation at your own responsibility.
