The Galaxy Tab 8.9 belongs to the first generation of tablets by the Korean smartphone manufacturer Samsung. It was released with Android 3.1 pre-installed and now Samsung has rolled out the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update for this old tablet. The firmware update is for the Galaxy Tab 8.9 users in Austria. Since it is an unbranded firmware, it can be flashed on any unbranded (non-carrier) device.
The latest update brings various new features and improvements to the Galaxy Tab 8.9 such as faster and smoother performance, better battery-life and all the goodness of ICS. How to Install:
