Samsung hss been rolling out the Jelly Bean update to a number of its phones and tabs for a month now. The roll out started with the Galaxy S3 getting the Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update which was soon followed by Android 4.1.2 update. The new firmware update is still being pushed out via Kies and Over-the-Air. While millions of Galaxy S3 user have been enjoying the new features brought in by the Android 4.1.2 update, there are other millions who are still waiting for the update to knock at their gates.

If you got this phone and do not belong to any of the countries below, you can still install the Jelly Bean firmware that is not carrier-branded. Go with the firmware for Sweden, for instance. Just take care your phone is not a branded one.
