Nokia has been introducing some market-specific devices in this past couple of months. First, the Finnish company introduced the Nokia 4.2 in Malaysia last month and now it has launched the Nokia 3.2 in home country Finland. The Nokia 3.2 has a smaller price tag compared to the Nokia 4.2. Yet it sports a larger display and battery. The Nokia 3.2 stock wallpapers look beautiful on the large display, and they’d look just as good on your phone too. Download them from below.

Nokia 3.2
The Nokia 3.2 is a budget device that costs โน8990 so we don’t expect it to bring anything new to the table really. All that one can expect from this device are decent specs and performance and a camera that can take pictures.
Design
Naturally, the phone doesn’t stand much apart from the crowd of other phones in terms of design. HMD Global has housed the internals in a plastic body this time, unlike the usual glass sandwich design used on Nokia phones. But most phones in this range ship with plastic backs now polished to shine like glass. Nokia 3.2 is no different. On the back, the vertically placed Nokia branding sits in the center while the Android one branding is towards the bottom and aligned horizontally.
There’s a single rear camera but the camera module has been designed to include the LED flash inside it, giving off a dual camera look, which it is not. Other than those, the back is just plain and empty. It also has a USB-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack. The headphone jack, while disappearing from expensive phones, is still very common in budget phones. The USB Type C charging port, however, is very rare in this price range and even amongst phones that cost twice as much.
On the front, there’s the usual notched display with a water-drop-like notch and a chin thick enough to carry the Nokia branding.
Nokia 3.2 Specifications
The device features a 6.26-inch display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1520 pixels at an aspect ratio of 19:9. There are around 269 pixels per inch of the display and it all amounts up to a screen-to-body ratio of 80.5% which is good enough considering the price point. Itโs an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen capable of producing 16 million colors.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 429 is packed inside the device with Adreno 504 GPU. This is generally the SoC found on phones in this price range. There is at least 6GB of RAM to help the processor out with 16GB of internal storage. Another variant with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage is also available. At the starting price, 2GB of RAM and only 16GB of internal storage are a little too little. Not even iOS can run quite smoothly with such internals.
But at least the device will last a lot longer, theoretically. The 720p display and the less powerful SoC are powered by a huge 4000mAh Li-Po cell. It is non-removable (surprise surprise) but it does support fast charging at 10W.
Camera
Onto the least impressive parts of the phone, the camera. Itโs a single camera on the back which is again a break from the trend, much the Google Pixel. But it’s probably a crime to compare this camera with an industry-leading flagship camera. Itโs a 13 MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture with Autofocus support. It is capable of recording videos in 1080p at 30 fps.ย The selfie camera on the front is a 5 MP, f/2.2, 27mm wide-angle shooter. There are no advanced features such as PDAF or HDR support but these cameras work. And at this price point, there’s probably little we can complain about given that no smartphone cameras at this price are any better than the rest.
