Just not a rumor it is, proof has been found of a new update to KitKat, which is 4.4.1 tracked running on the Nexus 5, Nexus 4 & the Nexus 7.
As per the sources’ analytics, a bunch of device hits have been found from the 3 major Nexus devices running on the first incremental update to the lately launched KitKat 4.4. Tracking the hits, they are believed to be originated from Google’s Home i.e Santa Clara, California. Have a look at the image below showing the real-time increase in the numbers since the last week.
We’ve got another hit from Gottabemobile pealing down a tweet from the HTC ROM developer LLabTooFeR, stating that the HTC One Google Play Edition shall be receiving the KitKat 4.4.1 (KOT49E) in the near future. Attaching by a proof image is below.
That’s a real scene, isn’t it? Well, KitKat is still just being experience officially on a short list of devices, which off course includes the Nexus flagships and the Moto X, and it has already made its way to a new update, which we’re sure of will be bringing bug fixes and enhancements to the current build.
