How to Unlock Bootloader, Install TWRP and Root Oneplus 3
Steps To Follow
Step 1. Download the ROM and Gapps and transfer them to your phone’s storage.
Step 2. Reboot your device into recovery mode. To do so, Power off your device and then press and hold Power + Volume down buttons for few seconds until you see the TWRP logo.
Step 3. Once TWRP has booted on your phone, select the Backup option and then select all the partitions. Now swipe to make a backup of your current ROM.
Step 4. Now go back to home screen of TWRP and select Wipe > Advanced Wipe. Then select Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache and System partitions. Then swipe to perform the wipes.
Step 5. Once the wipes are complete again go back to home screen of TWRP and select Install option. Now browse the zip file for ROM and select it. You may also download the debloating zip file and add the zip file before the Gapps zip file for installation. Then tap on Add zip button and select the Gapps zip file. Then swipe to confirm the installation.
Step 6. Once the installation is complete press the Reboot System button. First boot may take several minutes so be patient.
