One of the many companies that have been really busy in launching new products at the IFA 2015 is Lenovo. They recently unveiled in quite a few products at the event such as the company’s new YOGA Tablet 3 and Tablet 3 Pro along with a few more smartphones. As if all these devices weren’t enough, Lenovo has officially just announced three more new smartphones, the Vibe P1, Vibe P1m, and Vibe S1.
Vibe P1
The Lenovo Vibe P1 features a 5.5 inch IPS LCD full HD display, an octa-core 64 bit 1.5 GHz QUALCOMM Snapdragon 615 processor, two GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage and microSD expansion up to 128 GB. The device also comes with a 13 megapixel rear facing camera which has phase detection and autofocus and for the front-facing unit, it has been given a 5-megapixel shooter. One of the main highlights of this device is an enormous 5000mAh battery. It sports a very nice and sleek aluminium frame, Gorilla Glass 3 on the front and supports dual NANO Sim cards. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
The Lenovo Vibe P1 will be available in platinum and graphite grey color options by the month of October for just $279.
Vibe P1m
Next device to be unveiled by Lenovo was the Vibe P1m, sporting a 5 inch IPS LCD full HD display, a 1 GHz quad-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6735P processor. It’s got 2GB of RAM, 16 GB of onboard storage and a microSD expansion slot for up to 32 GB. The Vibe P1m also has a nice and large is not removable 4000 mA hour battery. Although this one is made up of plastic it does sport splashproof nano coating which keeps the phone dry against splashes. Also running on ย Android 5.1 Lollipop it supports dual Micro Sim cards, unlike the previous one which had NANO Sim card slots.
The Lenovo Vibe P1m Will be available in onyx black and pearl white color options by the end of September for only $159.
Lenovo Vibe S1
Last device of the trio that was launched was the Vibe S1 which sports a 5 inch full HD IPS LCD display, 1.7 GHz octa-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6752 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and a microSD card slot for expansion up to 128 GB. There is also a 13 megapixel rear facing camera which has phase-detection and autofocus. The front facing camera has been bumped up to 8 megapixels and there is also another 2-megapixel secondary front camera. The body has an aluminium frame surrounding it and comes with a 2500 mAh nonremovable battery. And like the P1 this device also supports dual Nano SIM cards while running on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The Lenovo Vibe S1 will be available in pearl white and midnight blue color options by the month of November for $299. ย It should be noted that even though these devices are slated to release in North America it still will be sold in all the other regions where Lenovo phones are being sold at the moment.
