Huawei Matebook E 2019
Before we get to the Huawei Matebook X Pro 2019 wallpapers, here are a few things about the laptop. If you wish you can skip the general knowledge session and head right for the wallpapers. The Huawei Matebook E 2019 is the successor to the Matebook E 2018. However, the biggest difference with the model this year is it no longer relies on an Intel processor. Instead, Huawei has opted for a Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 CPU, which is basically an overclocked Snapdragon 845.
Huawei has been known to take inspiration from Apple quite unapologetically, but for the Huawei Matebook E, the company also takes some cues from Microsoft. The device is somewhere between an iPad Pro and a Microsoft Surface. It has a kickstand like the Surface which can be used when using the device in laptop mode. This is the first Huawei always-connected PC with a built-in eSIM and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Specs
As for the specs, things are fairly similar to the previous generation. The display is a 12-inch QHD display with a 3:2 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2160 pixels by 1440 pixels. The display aspect ratio is the same as what Microsoft uses on its surface line up of products. It is considered better for productivity given all the extra vertical space it provides.
There are two models on offer with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM + 128GB of storage, or an 8GB + 256GB configuration. The detachable keyboard is not backlit but the Matebook E supports Huawei’s M-Pen with 2048 pressure level sensitivity. There’s 4×4 MIMO antenna technology to keep your connection strong whether you are indoors or outdoors. It also includes Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi. The company claims that the Matebook E has a special feature which prevents the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi from interfering with each other.
