Last month, some users in Germany reportedly starts recieving the One UI 2.0 update with Android 10. The update, N960FXXU4DSLB, comes in sizable chunk at 1.9GB with all the One UI 2.0 features you would expect. Of course, except certain omissions like Night mode selfies, and Bixby Routines.
This update also took the German Galaxy Note 9 to December 2019 security patch. Note that in newer devices like the Galaxy Note 10, January 2020 security patch is already available alongside the Android 10 update.
Now, some Galaxy Note 9 sold by AT&T in the US also reportedly recieving the One UI 2.0 update. The update, as it depends on the carrier, weighs 2GB this time so you will need a good Wi-Fi connection. This has also the same exact features that were made available to the German Galaxy Note 9. The extra 100MB probably came from the fact that it may have contained certain AT&T add-ons and services. There’s no mention if this update comes with January 2020 security patch, or the December 2019 one.
