Huawei’s sub-brand Honor had unveiled the latest smartphone in its flagship series which is the Honor 8 Lite. This smartphone is the lite version of the flagship smartphone from the company of last year, the Honor 8. As the smartphone is a ‘lite’ version of the flagship phone from the company last year, it is expected to come with lesser specifications than its predecessor and same is the case with this phone as well. The Honor 8 was launched last year with a dual camera setup and a bigger display whereas the Honor 8 Lite comes with a smaller screen and only a single camera on the rear of the phone.

In terms of the specifications of the Honor 8 Lite, the smartphone comes with a 5.20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels at a PPI of 423 pixels per inch. In terms of processing capabilities, the Honor 8 Lite comes with 1.7GHz octa-core Kirin 655 processor and smartphone carries 4GB of RAM along with it. In terms of storage options, the smartphone comes with 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.

In terms of camera, the smartphone has a single rear camera which is a 12MP snapper whereas the front camera on the smartphone is an 8MP one for capturing selfies. The Honor 8 Lite also comes with a 3000mAh non-removable battery to power the device. Apart from this, the smartphone was launched at the start of this year at half the price of the Honor 8.
