In March 2019, Vivo launched the Vivo S1. It’s a full-screen smartphone with nothing on the front but the screen and a tiny bottom chin. There’s no notch and it looks astoundingly beautiful. A good display needs a good wallpaper though and Vivo made sure theirs had it. In fact, the Vivo S1 stock wallpapers are all pretty good. You can download Vivo S1 stock wallpapers in 1080p from below.
Vivo S1 Stock Wallpapers

Vivo S1: Device Details
The Vivo S1 may look more futuristic than many flagships but it is not a flagship smartphone. It’s a mid-range offering from Vivo hoping to capitalize on the no notch, edge to edge display.
Vivo S1 Design
The front of the phone, as you know now is entirely the screen and there’s nothing else. On the back, we have a gradient glass back, something we see in almost every smartphone these days. There is a vertically aligned triple camera module towards the side. It looks different though the way it kind of flows down the top edge of the device and onto the back like a ribbon of some sort. There’s a rear-mounted fingerprint reader as well in a place you’d expect. The Vivo logo is at the very bottom of the phone.
On the right edge are all the basic buttons, i.e., the power button and the volume rockers. There’s a 3.5mm headphone jack, but with micro USB 2.0 and a single speaker grille. All of these fill up the bottom edge of the device. On the left is the SIM tray which accepts two Nano SIMS and a microSD card.
Vivo S1 Specifications
The display on the front is a 6.53-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2340 pixels. The aspect ratio is 19.5:9 and the Vivo S1 stock wallpapers are of the same resolution and size.
A 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P70 12nm processor with Mali-G72 GPU sits under the display providing the required power. There is only one variant with 6GB of RAM an 128GB of storage. Although the storage should be more than enough for anyone, should you need more, it can be expanded up to 256GB.
The battery is a decent 3940mAh Li-Po cell which supports the fast charging at 18W.
Software
Software is the one area where Oppo and Vivo devices seem to have a weak point if you do care about the software experience. This one runs Vivo’s custom skin called Funtouch 9 on top of Android 9.0 Pie.
Camera
The triple rear camera set up on the back consists of a 12MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP camera, f/2.2, wide-angle lens, and a 5MP, f/2.4 depth sensor. There’s an LED flash as well between the camera sensors.
The selfie camera is hidden in a motorized pop-up module so it’s not technically in the front. But you get a 25MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and support for HDR. The rear cameras support HDR too along with panorama shots. They can record video of up to 2160p and 1080p at 30 fps. The front camera can record at 1080p, 30fps as well.
