Meizu unveiled the entry-level model in their lineup, the M8c in Russia.
Chinese smartphone manufacturer Meizu unveiled the entry-level Meizu M8c back in May 2018. The Meizu M8c smartphone features a 5.45in HD+ 18:9 IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1440×720. The Meizu M8c is powered by an entry-level and low-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 Quad-core CPU coupled with an Adreno 308 GPU along with 2GB of RAM and 16/32 GB of internal storage capacity. Thankfully, a MicroSD card slot is present in the Meizu M8c for expandable storage.
Photography is handled by a single camera setup at the rear featuring a 13 MP sensor (f/2.2) accompanied by a single LED flash module. The rear camera can record videos with a resolution of up to 1080p. An 8MP snapper (f/2.0) is featured up front.
A 3070 mAh battery is onboard the Meizu M8c to keep the lights on. Speaking of which, charging is done via the now obsolete MicroUSB port. Coming to the connectivity side of the Meizu M8c, it has you all covered with WI-FI 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE with A2DP, GPS and more. Thankfully, the Meizu M8c retains the good old headphone jack we all love. Face unlock is available as the only biometric authentication option. The Meizu M8c most likely runs on the outdated Android 7.0 Nougat-based Flyme UI out of the box.

As for pricing, the Meizu M8c will set you back around €140/approx. $162. The Meizu M8c is available in Black, Blue, Gold and Red paint jobs. It is already available in Russia. Worldwide availability is yet to be known and confirmed.
