It was a sad day for Android users when (in June 2012) Adobe decided to withdraw official support from one of the essential apps for enhanced web browsing experience. It does not sound good at all that the largest and most popular operating system for mobile phones does not have the official version of Adobe Flash Player.
With Flash Player installed on your Android phone. you can bring the full web to your Android device. You can enjoy videos, apps, flash games directly on our Android smartphones or tablets. Adobe Flash Player for Android makes it possible to access rich web content on your phone the same way as you do on your desktop computer.

If Flash came pre-installed on your device leave it alone and do not try to update it manually. Updating flash requires removing the old version first and this cannot be done unless your device is rooted because Flash is a system application. I accidentally installed a newer version of Flash over the original 10.2 version which made it unusable. I then tried several different methods to root my device so I could remove Flash but was unable to do so. I ended up resetting my device to factory default. Since all versions of android Flash Player are outdated it’s best to just leave it alone unless your device is rooted and you just want to remove it for security reasons.
Isn’t it unstable on the Jellybean (4.1.2) version of android (Galaxy S2)?
Could the instability ruin your phone/device?
No, I have tested on S3 (4.1.2) and Note 10.1. Install Dolphin or Boat browser and try again.
